Common questions
What counts as an AI call?
Each time you use an AI feature — voice-to-invoice, dunning copy, or a nudge — that's one call. Quota resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens when I hit my AI call limit?
AI features disable until the next month or you upgrade. Core invoicing always keeps working.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep Pro/Super features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with SARS requirements.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments via Paystack — Visa, Mastercard, and most South African bank cards.
